Free for learning

Abroadway is free. You may use the lessons, tests, samples and tools for your own IELTS preparation, and teachers may use them with their students. Please link to the pages rather than copying the material onto other websites or selling it.

Your account

Keep your password private and use one account per person. Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, share mock test content in a way that spoils it for others, or use the feedback tools to process material that is not your own IELTS practice. Accounts that do may be suspended.

Your work

You own what you write and say. You allow Abroadway to store and process it to give you feedback and track your progress, as described in the privacy policy.

Scores are estimates

Band scores on Abroadway are automatic estimates to guide practice. They are not official IELTS results and are no guarantee of the band you will get in the real test. Content is provided as it is; we work hard to keep it accurate and fix reported mistakes quickly.

Not the official test

Abroadway is an independent preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. IELTS is a registered trademark of its respective owners. Book your actual test with an official test centre.

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
